How we handle your information.

This page covers this website. It does not cover the paperwork you fill in at the desk when you join. Ask us at the gym for that.

What this website collects

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, membership rate and message that you type into it. Nothing else is gathered from that form.

This site does not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third party cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps; Both of those services receive your IP address when the page loads, which is how any embedded resource on the web works.

What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Legacy Athletix for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or your membership. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@legacyathletix.ca or call (403) 928 9294.
